MERU Campus Developments
2025 has already brought major progress to Volodrop, Netherlands. The New Operations Building was completed, the Academy & Residence Building is nearing completion, and the Luxury Apartments are almost ready for Friends of MERU.
And this is just the beginning—Phase 3 will add a 12-story Exhibition Tower, a Wellness Resort, Assembly & Meditation Halls, and a beautiful Dining Hall. Together, these projects will create a vibrant campus dedicated to knowledge, wellness, and community living.
This summer, MERU marked its 50th anniversary with a gala event in the Netherlands. Founded by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the founder of the Transcendental Meditation (TM) movement, MERU has grown into an international campus where people from around the world come to learn, meditate, and connect. For five decades it has been a center for exploring higher knowledge and personal well-being. The anniversary looked back on MERU’s inspiring history while opening a new chapter—building for the next 50 years!
