| Exciting news from Hungary! Located in the beautiful area of Hamsa, plans are well underway to develop a scenic Vedic retreat and iconic cultural and tourist destination in Budapest’s 2nd district. Visitors will be welcomed by a reception building with offices and a community center, incorporating a lecture hall for up to 200 people along with meditation rooms designed to support deep rest and relaxation. The plans also include a hotel and restaurant accommodating close to 100 guests, as well as villas for long-term retreat participants. A full-service Ayurvedic clinic will be part of the development. All buildings will be designed in accordance with Maharishi Vastu® architecture, aligning the built environment with natural law.  At a gala event in 2025, plans were unveiled for this Maharishi Vedic® Capital, located in Budapest and approximately 20 minutes from the city center. The property has been acquired, and the permitting process is moving steadily forward.  The surrounding area features a children’s railway, scenic lookout towers, wildlife parks, and rolling countryside ideal for walking and hiking. The project has received significant financial support and construction is expected to commence in summer 2026. |
